The PSHPS application helps you to count the correct push-ups you have done.

Further more, it will remind you about the time to push-up in accordance with your training schedule, shows the plan of your trainings and let you share your achievement to your friends in Facebook and Twitter.

To count the push-ups:
— Choose the mode and the quantity of push-ups
— Put your iPhone under your chest
— If you do the push-ups (your chest was close enough to iPhone)
correctly you hear the sound

PSHPS syncs with Apples Health app, she can save workouts to the HealthKit database.

Ive been waiting for a long time for a well written and visually appealing pushup app. The Game Center integration is also a very cool idea. Looks good. Works good. Thank you!
Although this app fails to start very often. It is a great app when it works. I have improved the number of push-ups I do and the reminder feature keeps me going. Its surprising how a little tracking can make a huge difference in motivation. I just wish it always worked. I often have to terminate the App the restart it... Otherwise it would be a 5

Some bad moments

Great app for pushup training !!! And its totally FREE !!! thanks a lot, and were waiting for new features and versions !!!!
I deleted by mistake this app and I tried to download it again...but nothing...it saying "The item you trying to download its no longer available"...how can i download it back?

If this app didnt crash every other time I opened it, it would be great.
Crashes at least a couple times before it stays open on my 4s. Screen flickers and dims when I start my push ups. Other than that I like it.
Because the app counts the pushups when your chest hits, it promotes good depth/form and frees you from wasting brain power on counting the reps. Also with Gamecenter achievements and the ability to set a timer/rep counter, you can grow by raising the bar. The makers of the app kept it simple yet with enough options to keep me interested. A must have app!
